Pera installs award winning CRM system.

Congratulations to customer relationship management (CRM) provider Avrion (www.avrion.co.uk), who have recently won an award for the CRM system that they designed and implemented for Pera.

Avrion won the international award for the technical quality of their work . Competing against over 250 other providers of CRM solutions throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the award is a major recognition of the company’s technical excellence.

Technical director of Avrion, Chris Koumourou said: “This is a superb accolade for our team and a direct result of providing the right CRM solution to our customer’s business needs.”

Avrion has worked with Pera since first designing a CRM solution for the company in 2002. During a system review, the two companies worked together to develop a more comprehensive system, to include forecasting individual sales activity and targets – in real time, as each month progresses. The solution presents the information held on the CRM system in a format that suits Pera, enabling them to manage their sales and marketing better.

The implementation award was made by Maximizer Software Ltd, a leading provider of CRM systems that helps small to medium-sized enterprises improve sales, streamline marketing, and enhance customer service and support. Maximizer Software Ltd assessed the quality of Avrion’s solution for Pera against implementations by other Maximizer providers throughout EMEA.
