1.    You can buy your CRM software in the traditional way:

• You pay for the software licenses, and use them for the life of your system
• You pay for the implementation services, and we only charge you for the services you have used
• You pay in advance for maintenance and technical support
• You are notified for any on-going costs when they are due e.g. future year software maintenance and technical support, and pay for these if you decide you need them

2.    You can rent your CRM software using our Avrion OnPremise service^:

• Choose a minimum term of 12, 24 or 36 months and cost effectively rent the software licenses, technical and administrator support and software maintenance WITH full upgrades completed on a per user basis
• After the minimum term, monthly rental costs are reduced, ensuring the lowest on-going costs possible.
• You can add additional users to the system as and when required.
• At the end of the term you can either continue to rent the software at reduced costs; buy the software licenses at a reduced cost ^*; or return the software altogether ending the renting agreement

3.    You can spread payments for all services using our Avrion Service-PurchasePlan^:

• Pay a minimum deposit and the balance of all service costs across 6, 9 or 12 months
• Use Avrion Service-PurchasePlan for any additional services you may need in the future
• Avrion Service-PurchasePlan is available with buying or renting software.

4.    You can lease finance your CRM Software using our Avrion Options facilities^^:

• Arrangement of finance facility for the purchasing of the entire solution under a lease purchase or rental contract.
• Payments spread across 12 to 48 months
• Options to top-up for completing upgrades etc. in the future
