Sage ACT! Integration with Sage 50 Accounts:

Good for small business, integration between Sage ACT! and Sage 50 accounts is a standard feature. It allows people to work with both the CRM and Accounts application in a more seamless way:

• Within ACT! Information from Sage accounts is linked to a contact record. People can view information such as balance, credit limit, and account status
• Creating quotes, orders and invoices is managed via a single click from within ACT!, which automatically opens the Sage accounts software, saving time. Information about invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts can also be viewed from within ACT!
• Sage ACT! Contacts can be linked to either customer or supplier records held in Sage accounts

Sage 50 Suite Integration – A Family of Standalone Software

The Sage 50 Suite brings together powerful small business Sage software packages into a unified solution, providing the tools necessary to manage every aspect of your business. Whilst not a full integration, this suite of tools (unlike the Sage 200 Suite) , it does bring together Sage 50 software packages that work brilliantly on their own in way that can really help businesses.

Avrion Bespoke Integration

When comparing the CRM packages we offer, Sage ACT! provides entry-level ‘flexibility’ in the areas of integration. Integration with Sage ACT! is achievable to varying levels using the Software Development Kit (SDK).

Sharing financial accounts information with Sage ACT! and linking customer records together is typically a straight forward bespoke integration task for Avrion. If you are using a different financial package, other than Sage 50 Accounts, then we are confident we can achieve similar level of integration.

Integration of Sage ACT! with other applications is another area we get involved in, such as project management tools, booking systems, and inventory systems.
