Sage 200 is a Business Management Suite comprising specialist software that has been developed to integrate and work together as one suite – with each module sharing information and working together from one set of data.   • Sage 200 Commercials – a set of modules that builds on the core Sage 200 Financial module to help administer day to day operations including stock control, pricing, sales order processing and purchase order processing, with greater efficiency
  • Sage 200 Project Accounting – an ideal costing and analysis module for companies that want to improve the management, performance and profitability associated with a project. It helps companies to understand the time and expenditure associated with each project – helping to deliver on time and within budget. Add the Sage 200 Web Time and Expenses module and your people can input the time and expenses associated with a project remotely via a web browser
  • Sage 200 Business Intelligence – provides powerful analysis and reporting from the data captured within the Sage 200 Suite. Sage CRM Integration with Sage Line 50

SIM50 (Sage Integration Module 50) is a real time integration module that links Sage CRM to Sage 50 accounts. In our opinion Sim50 represents excellent value – a comprehensive, configurable and feature driven integration module delivered at a fraction of the cost of other comparable products.

Sim50 delivers a similar level of integration found in the Sage 200 Suite, but for Sage 50 accounts and in some areas it goes beyond the 200 Suite in terms of functionality:

  • The SIM Tab provides a real-time link which displays data directly from Sage 50 accounts, such as customer and supplier account details, credit limits, available balance, payment terms, accounts status, posted invoices, details of payment receipts and stock levels from the Sage 50 accounts stock list
  • A Quick Quote feature from the real-time link allows people to create orders, quotes and invoices from Sage CRM and push it straight into Sage 50 accounts. Access to Sage 50 accounts stock, and all discount structures applied in Sage 50 are referenced which means multi purchase discounts will automatically be applied to individual customers
  • The Processing screen for orders and quotes can also be created in the opportunity area of Sage CRM, linking these with customer opportunities. This means multiple Sage 50 accounts quotes and orders can be saved against a customer opportunity, which is especially helpful for companies who send numerous variations / versions of quotes to their customers relating to one order
  • The Sage CRM Products area can be used for creating quotes and orders which then get pushed into Sage 50 accounts, rather than using the accounts’ own stock module and stock codes. This is ideal for companies who need greater flexibility when creating quotes for their customers
  • Purchase orders can be generated from within Sage CRM and pushed into Sage 50 accounts using the quick quote screen. Supplier price lists are displayed in real time, linked directly to the pricing structures from Sage 50 accounts

Avrion Bespoke Integration

Integration with Sage CRM is both comprehensive and efficient to achieve. The architecture and interface structure of Sage CRM is designed in a way that enables almost seamless integration with other software applications.

Sharing financial accounts information with Sage CRM and linking customer records together is typically a straight forward bespoke integration task for Avrion. The chances are that we have already done something similar if you’re using financial packages such as Great Plains, Sage 50, MMS, 100 and 200, Access, and Exchequer. And if you are using a different financials package then we are confident we can integrate this too.

Bespoke financial applications (packages that have been written specifically for your business) can have typically greater scope for creating a tighter integration with Sage CRM.
