What we do:

  • We collate, prepare and import your existing data into your CRM system. In most cases, this is a straight forward task. If this involves a higher level of technical expertise, then we use numerous tools and bespoke software to help us complete these more complex data migrations
  • We provide installation, configuration and support for your CRM system either on your network, in your data centre, or within our hosted environment
  • We provide technical trouble shooting services to companies who have already implemented a CRM system but who used a different supplier / solution provider
  • We provide technical documentation, explaining CRM system installation
  • We complete a technical hand-over and skills transfer session, giving you internal control of the CRM installation
