training on your system

When you'd like the training to be specific to your CRM solution, we can either visit your site to hold a training course, hold the course at our training centre or even train remotely over the internet and phone if it is for only one person. The delegate(s) will learn specifically how to operate your CRM solution and are saved the hassle of being away from the office.

We understand that, however critical it is to have ongoing training, the cost of personalised training can be difficult to justify. As your CRM solution provider for life, our training centre holds courses on using the CRM application for specific business areas i.e. Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, as well as for your technical teams and administrators ("power users").

We offer different levels of training courses, held as an on-going program at our training centre, designed to match three levels of usage - overview, regular or advanced.

Your delegates will learn how to use the CRM system to make their job better at a fraction of normal cost and receive a certificate on satisfactory completion.

Places are limited to a maximum of four-six delegates (subject to the course), and each course focuses on the modules generally required by the selected business area, ensuring every delegate learns about the modules of most benefit to him / her.

train-the-trainer

To help your new users be promptly trained, and on site refresher training to be delivered as the need arises, having your own trained trainer can be a wise investment. Our three day course gives your delegate(s) the skills they need to provide your own training resource available on demand. After passing the required exam, we certificate them as approved for in-house training, backed with training manuals for them to use afterwards.
