Avrion Apps are are single or two-way connections that join business applications together to share data. They are a type of systems integration but designed more as an app-style connector rather than a fully customised integration.

Financials for Sage 50, Sage 200 and QuickBooks

Our Financials app is a data feed from Accounting software into Maximizer CRM, providing a 360-degree view of your customers’ sales and financial information. It is available for Sage 50, Sage 200 and QuickBooks, however we also create custom connectors for other accounting software, such as Xero, Sage X3.

The unrivalled power of Maximizer and the Financials Data Connector allows your management team and salespeople to view, search and analyse all your key data quickly and efficiently. You no longer need to ask your Finance Department for customer financial information as you can view it directly within Maximizer.

View Quotes, Orders, Invoices and Activity transactions from your accounting software directly within the Maximizer customer record, with a Financials Dashboard showing transaction activity across time.

Key financial information is updated in Maximizer User Defined Fields (such as turnover, balance, account status etc.) With this you can:

  • Display financial information within Maximizer Column View layouts.
  • Search for Maximizer records using financial data and other CRM User Defined Fields.
  • Create Maximizer Dashboards showing financial data, and also indexed to other CRM data e.g. sales turnover by industry, for example.

The Financials Data Connector works for both Maximizer Live and On-Premise Edition. It is available as an annual low-cost subscription.

Survey results can be analysed just as quickly, with Survey Mechanics’ unique analysis tools providing you with valuable insight in minutes.

Survey Mechanics integrates with Maximizer CRM quickly and efficiently, meaning you can launch surveys – and view their results – from within Maximizer CRM.
